Have you wanted to learn to knit but get overwhelmed when you try to start? Join us for a four-week beginner-level class at the Orangeville Public Library to create a scalloped washcloth! Assistant librarian Ruth Zelanski will teach you how to cast on and off, the knit stitch, and increasing and decreasing.
The four-week class costs $75, and includes two balls of off-white 100% cotton yarn, a pair of circular needles, a zippered bag to keep your project in, an a $20 donation to the Library.
Fridays in March (6, 13, 20, 27) from 6-7pm Suggested age: 12+
